Carton and paper manufacturing

Hung Hing has strong corrugated carton manufacturing capabilities, with a customer base that comprises of both local and overseas companies. Our strengths lie in our effective inventory and cost control and use of advanced machinery, which yield high quality products at the most cost effective price for all our customers.

Hung Hing’s corrugators include some of the most advanced in the world. We can make corrugate board in a width up to 2.5 meters, allowing the production of corrugated boards of both standard and custom sizes.

Our state-of-the-art equipment and attention to prompt delivery have greatly enhanced our ability to meet the growing demand for corrugated carton packaging – particularly from the toy, food and beverage and electronic industries.

Our Paper mills in Zhongshan specialise in the production of paper from waste paper. The paper recycling facilities at the mills gather and recycle waste paper imported from overseas, as well as that generated from our printing division, and produce over 300,000 tones of 80% recycled kraft liner and text liner papers annually. Some of this recycled paper is used by our printing and corrugating divisions.

Over the years we have invested substantially in environmental protection measures, which we enhance regularly. One example is the constant upgrading and improvement of our heat and electricity generation facilities, to save water and electricity whilst enhancing efficiency.
