Established Tai Hing Paper Products Company, Ltd., to begin corrugated board and corrugated carton manufacturing. |

Branched further into paper trading by setting up Sun Hing Paper Co. Ltd. |

Moved to a -built plant in Tai Po Industrial Estate, Hong Kong, to meet expansion needs. |
1992 |
Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to raise funds for further business development. |
1993 |
Established presence in the China market by entering into a 51%-owned joint venture in Zhongshan, China. Shareholding increased to 56% in 1998. |
